Best support item?

now choosing the best support item breaks it into two categories utility and damage. Utility: in all of these it also depends on if the support is tanky like thresh blitzcrank nautilus or squishy like soraka janna and zyra. for the tanky group i would say face of the mountain is better since it gives them quite the health boost the execute ability on minions. now for the squishy i would say talisman of ascension simply because the gold income along with the movement speed that can be used to escape or chase down a target makes it the better. Damage: now out of these three the best one for straight up adding damage too someone is too build an ardent censor on morgana or soraka, if on morgana and you spellshield the jungler the dragon wont be able to knock him back making the fight go much quicker for when he is wailing on the dragon while it is still in the flight animation that knocks everyone back. on soraka the damage is alot more constant since it lasts for seconds and soraka's heal at max rank is a 3-4 second cooldown. but overall the best damaging item in my opinion is banner of command and the only reason for that is. + + the siege buff from dragon making minions do an additional 30% dmg with baron buff if you buff a castor minion it along with the siege (cannon) minion can outrange all turrets taking them down in around 7-8 auto attacks. meaning nexus turrets it can just sit their out of range of the turrets pelting away enemies may not think one minion is a problem and leave it but when buffed the minion become a serious threat. also melee minions gain huge increases to attack speed along with damage being able to kill other melee minions in 2-3 hits. overall it has amazing push potential and i believe it to be the best support item let me know what you think is the best?
