Count on it. The entire reason he got those ult buffs months back was Riot basically used him as a lazy preemptive strike to the juggarnaut patches. Hurr Lee can kick them away so that's counterplay good enough ship it. With these Xin buffs and this pointless and retarded new item expect Lee to AoE cleanse everyone around him whenever he ults.

Cloud2731 votesThere is a difference between being popular and being OP/broken. Lee Sin has been extremely popular ever since he was release, but after Riot gutted him a couple years ago he's never really been that strong. Elise is a stronger jungler in every possible way.

If he was not manaless and his base stats were about 20% lower, he'd be balanced... but he is not.
