Normal games matchmaking

I find it pretty ridiculous that I constantly get matched against Diamonds/Plats in my normal/team builder games, especially when I queue with silvers and even unranked people.

It really removes any level of fun from the game when you have no option but to roll over and die while the higher elo players walk all over you.

Please riot. Fix normal matchmaking so that it's more fair if I'm a gold 3 in a game, I should face nothing higher than plat 3 and nothing lower than silver 3 .

To be honest, you're probably getting matched with those people for a good reason. Recently, I played a game against a Diamond player (I don't remember the division), while I'm Silver. I was able to handle the Diamond player, showing that there was a reason that we were matched the way we were.
