Add a slow at least 30 to 40% to her Q and make it do 100% of her ad at all ranks. Darius W anyone?
Make her ult do no damage, but anyone she hits gets stunned for 1 second.
Make her passive give more resistances
Make her E into something entirely new, I dont have any Ideas for it maybe you can
More ad scaling on her W would be nice but it doesnt really need to be changed

TeemoJenkins1 votesI like her kit and play her often. She's a good initiator and demands an answer when she jumps on your head. Her ratios on her resistances were nerfed .... three times in season 3? Can't remember. They are trying to get her some QoL buffs and I think they will continue to try and tune her back into a state where people won't shifty eye me when I say I jungle Shyv.

Fadedpf1 votesI like her in the new jungle but shes just decent, she doesnt provide much protection and is impossible to come back from if behind. Even some sustain would be good enough for me, shes a weak dueler unless she had bork + tank gear. which isnt easy as she dies all the time from her all out ingage. she just need a few more tweaks the right direction to be a viable ganker and such
GanksLikeGast0n1 votesSee I run her Skirmishers/Devourer+bork then three tank items. Focus on farming, objectives and counter-ganking. Contest everything you can, and use burnout to be everywhere. Mid game you are a splitpushing monster and burnout lets you quickly get to a teamfight if you are needed.
I couldn't disagree more with you about the dueling though, I have yet to lose a duel with her, especially if my smite is up on skirmishers. That includes 1v1s vs Yi, yasuo, and pretty much any ADC that isn't Vayne.

Fadedpf1 votesnot only did they nerf devourer and the purple smite they also made the skrimishers smite useless. It deals like 60 true damage over 6 seconds. Its completely weak as fuck compaired to any other smite item.

chumbler1 votesThe problem with Shyvana is that she is literally only stats. Her kit does nothing but have numbers. They either need to have her kit actually do something or just sack up and let her have effective numbers.
Don't expect either of those to ever happen, because it would disrupt Riot's desired #LCSBIGPLAYS balance.
