Dear god do you guys ever have a real sit down and talk about what limit you should give a new champion? It's like you guys want your game to die because of how incompetent you guys design the new champ. I'd rather have generic classic League then this game that is ruin because you guys are clearly blind and lost your way on what made this game popular and fun.
Power budgets and limits only apply to old designs from before 2013.
Senna is disgusting tbh. If you gave Sennas E to an older champion like Sona it would be an ultimate ability.
Senna's W is pretty much Varus' ultimate. Probably even better, as is a basic abiility, its harder to see and its aoe. And Varus trades a lot of power just so he can have his ultimate meanwhile Senna gets everything from sustain to free scaling a bunch of team utility like AOE camuflage.
Balance in season 1 was shit.
