Lets face it Rito didn't nerf Vayne and Riven because they think those 2 are too strong

They nerf them because of us complaining too much which is a problem they (Bad balance team) don't see that these champion were too strong and needed to be nerf. Lets face it they only nerf those 2 because we complain to them constantly which shows that they wouldn't even had nerf these 2 if we didn't.

Like i said this balance team need to be rework rather then champion because in my opinion this balance team is out dated and bad.
