Tahm kench needs a nerf

If people spent less time bitching about Tahm and more time learning what his precise limitations and weaknesses are, they would probably realize that they exist and can be exploited. =_=

Go ahead and downvote me. Atleast I'm willing to keep an open mind about shit instead of condemning it without taking a minute to think about whether or not it's actually too strong

Tahm is a really strong pick, borderline OP. I think a slight ajustement is still needed but he is not that huge thing nerfplz. Mundo, Jax and Lucian are definitly what u can call too strong at the moment.
