yep, Low ELO, no one knows how to play him and he has no impact besides a stun every now and then, high ELO though....whistles watch out.
Nahui1 votesUm, yes. This is correct. No one in low ELO knows how to play LoL. They just think they do. If you can play League at a great level, you'd be plat+. That is where Riot looks.
