What if we got an AD spell thief item?

I think it could really open up quite a few opportunities for some champions to be played as a support such as and other poke heavy AD champs with a fair amount of utility, I know it may seem weird but these champs are already sort of viable as supports, however they struggle with gold income unless they build which not many champs but because frankly it's not all that good. I'd love to see a lot more diversity in supports other than Tank/AP, but I feel like you're all going to find this idea stupid anyway.
