What can be done with.. Rammus

Welcome to a new series I call what should be done wih. In short I give ideas on how to fix a champion, from OP to bland as a baby's bottom, I'll find a fix! Let me know if you want more!

Rammus. An armadillo with spikes, and likes to cosplay sonic and piss of people and start fights. Rammus has a good kit, just isn't working now.

Passive: Defensive Stance

Upon reaching 40% heal, rammus gains 30 armor and 30 magic resist ( scales with level, maybe starts at 20 of each) and reflects 15 (scales by level) percent of damage dealt to his attacker.

Q: Power Ball

Rammus begins channeling, gaining increase movement speed, after 2 seconds, he curls up and begins spinning at his target, upon coming on contact with an enemy, they are snared for 1.5 seconds, and are dealt 10% of thier maximum health as physical damage.

W: Impale

Rammus empowers his next basic attack to slam his shell spikes into his target, slowing them by 40% for 3 seconds, this also deals bonus physical damage.

E: Eject Spikes

Rammus forcefully ejects his shell spikes in a line, dealing physical damage and gaining armor for a few seconds, as well as applying a slow based on distance traveled.

R: Tremors

Rammus stomps the ground repeatedly, causing tremors to form around him for a few seconds. Tremors knock up targets first hit by the effect, the longer the target stands in the tremor zone, the more damage each pulse deals.

Enjoy the idea? Let me know!

10% seems a bit much.. but it would sure make the enemies get the point...

(Because he has a pointed shell AHAHAHAAAHAHAHH ha ...... ha........ Anyone? no?)

e doesn't make much sense thematically speaking. I throw part of my armour at you, but GAIN armor? A slow doesn't make much sense either, a wall stun like vaynes would since spikes impale people. I don't really like the w that much either, since an item thats actually quite good on rammus is iceborn and that would invalidate it. Likewise powerball takes away from his identity, it isn't about standing still and then going super fast, its about having a ramp up. The problem is you can point blank powerball someone for full damage, they should make its current base damage be like the half ramp up, and give it another 50% base damage (not scaling since it has a huge ratio) at full ramp up.

he does ramp up, the channel is while movin, also, i do see the confusion with the e, but the slows on his E and W are a "Cripple" in the sense of being impaled and not being able to walk properly.
