So in the past 5 months I've been playing on very high graphics with my fps capped at like 120. It has always been consistent. I had move my pc the other day and ever since then all I'm getting now is 60 even if I uncap my fps. Just curious as to what is going on with it.

1: Is your PC hotter than before? Most PCs throttle the CPU/GPU when they got hot to avoid overheating.

2: Did your PC get any settings changed?

3: Run through your settings and check again!
