Veigar Rework Concept (rough idea, suggestions welcome)

Passive: No changes

Q: No changes

W: Instead of a single meteor, causes many meteors to rain down in a small area randomly. Enemies hit are slowed. Passive no longer affects CDR, instead, the radius scales with stacks of passive up to a cap.

E: Unchanged: Forms a cage at a target location that materializes after a 0.5 second delay. Changes: the cage starts out small and the radius scales with stacks of passive up to a cap. Instead of stunning enemies at the edges, after it materializes, the pillars take a second to light up and all enemies still inside are stunned.

R - Doom: Veigar channels for 2 seconds before sending an extremely slow moving projectile toward a target enemy that follows them. The projectile grows in size the more distance traveled. Upon reaching the target, the projectile explodes in an AOE that scales with the projectiles size. Enemies caught in the AOE take a portion of the target's damage.

don't like w. it's like old gp ult, and rng for dmg is bad. dont like e it has too much counterplay ult is just unhealthy, walk into veigar to help your team??

W is meh.

E seems like it'd be either weak as crap or strong as crap depending on how big the cage starts as and how big it grows to. I personally do not like it.

R seems really unhealthy and weird.
