These Anivia nerfs seem really good/fair.

I love them. Now, Anivia can't just hit 6 and plop an ult-e directly on her enemy for 3/4 of their hp. She has to actually aim/plan ahead with her ult and her q to do her tons of damage. Great job rito. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
