I'm making a DnD campaign based around League for my friends and I, and one of them wanted some kind of Troll/Half Troll race. What do we know about Trolls in LoL? I know everything that's said in Trundle's lore, but are there any other references to them?

When i saw your title i thought it was a player behavior post and was about to be sad. I feel better now.
If you're making a troll race you might want to look at how the monster manuals and player character races compare. See how other races and half-races handle watering down the monster abilities to make it balanced for a player.
Definitely don't just give them the stats and traits of an actual troll, that would run the risk of being quite OP.

Just based on the Olaf vs Everything comic, and Trundle's splash art, trolls are MUCH larger than humans. I don't think you could run them as a player race, they wouldn't fit in most buildings. I ran into similar problems when I toyed with the idea of a giant/ogre player character. Granted the comic is not necessarily canon but I assume the splash art is. I really like the idea of a LoL-universe D&D campaign though, good luck!
I want another troll champion. A troll that is more typical in their intelligence and temperament to show the difference between Trundle and normal trolls.
that trundle needs a new skin? yes, he does. but hey zoe, aurelion will get a skin and shen already got one. so my hopes are high for a good trundle skin.

I really just wanna know if Frost Trolls are the only kind of troll. The name makes it seem like not and we still have Swamp/Jungle/Forest Trolls like with old Trundle.
Trundle is the self rpoclaimed troll king but he did swear to serve Lissandra as she wanted to kill him... If he will honor that is a good question to ask :/ Thats all I know

Trolls in LoL are extraordinarily big, so I really doubt half-trolls could exist.
