With the new minion mechanic
you can hardly farm when ahead without overextending. Great, and then i get flamed by my team mates for not 300 cs at 30 minutes as adc. I love it.

why are you still farming when youre ahead, instead of closing out the game?
league has turned into a pile of shit with these last 2 patches, but thats really not the reason why the mechanic sucks.
why are you farming instead of pushing if you are ahead? push the wave, get objectives, win game. Why the need to farm for that next item when you can just finish the game already?
