Ezreal will get Runic Echo nerfed too
I mean, it gives waveclear and you can shoot a Q over the wall to the wraiths or wolves to restore 18% of your mana. Another item that supports all early game weaknesses of AP Ezreal.

except that runic echo procs spell effects, and ez q doesn't proc spell effects, so you can only proc it by using ur e on large monsters.
And how will it give wave clear? Q can't proc ludens but is supposed to proc the jungle item? lol
It will still be weaker:
- Ranger's Trailblazer no longer exist. He would probaly have to get
now.
I think it would be stronger on hybrid ezreal with: 
, not sure what he would get after that.
This won't happen, but even if it did it'd just shift some of his potential W damage onto his Q. Also Ezreal's mana is fine even without a mana item, I think you'd be okay. It won't be anywhere near as ridiculous as Runeglaive which actually turned it into a spell, not just a stronger autoattack.
