<POPPY> Trinity Force + Black Cleaver vs Iceborn Gauntlet + Black Cleaver
which one is better on her? Iceborn gives 60 armor and 100% Spellblade while Trinity gives 250 Health and a 200% Spellblade

Why black cleaver. There is no reason to build that in poppy. She is a tank now.
If you're gonna build Trinity then it should most likely be followed with tank items or at least other bruiser items, but Gauntlet is probably better than it anyway.
Both are legitimate. Personally, if the enemy is AD heavy I'll build IBG. If I'm winning lane and bullying the enemy laner, I might roll a Trinity to keep up that momentum. If it's kinda a stalemate lane or I'm losing, I'll go IBG.
I generally build sunfire ice/trinity depending on how the match up is going, I don't feel like Poppy can take full advantage of cleaver.
Trinity Force + Black Cleaver vs Iceborn Gauntlet + Black Cleaver
Why would you build Tri-force "and" Black Cleaver"? It's kind of a waste of the passive. Iceborn Gauntlet + Black Cleaver on the other hand is fairly legit. Full cdr with 2 items, tankiness, armor reduction, and a little extra oomph on your engage.
Triforce + full tank (transitioning into deadmans plate 1st is my usual prefference) is kind of the standard Poppy build, Iceborn Gauntlet + Black Cleaver is kind of the luxury version of that build. It all depends how well you are doing in lane I'd say.
