URF is just like any other game mode

Yet we got URF only 3 times this season (not counting ARURF) while a less fun to play game mode Ascension happened more than 6 times this season, sure Nemesis draft mode happened once this season but its not that interesting since everything is the samme except the fact that you are picking for the other team.

So Riot could you put the more popular Game Modes into Rotating Game Mode Queue more often (URF, OneForAll, Nexus Siege, DoomBots) while putting the less interesting ones less (Poro,Hexakill, Ascension) ?

You clearly have a bias against Ascension. It is a very well-designed mode, moreso than poro king and hexakill and is greatly liked by plenty of players, so calling it less interesting is just straight up wrong. You should be complaining that it's on the rotation twice in a row.

They should make aram a rotating game mode and make urf permanent in it's place.
