Courage of the Collosus is wrong....

In my opinion keystones should be available to everyone, the keystones should be usable by any champion. However Collosus is only useful on champs with CC, so its basically either completely useless or completely useful keystone.

warlord's is only useful on AD champions fervor is only useful on AD champions windspeaker's is only useful on shield/heal champions stormraider's is only useful on champions with good burst
