This Isn't a Question of Balance but.............

So let's talk about for a second. I love him. I feel like he is in a... decent place. He isn't particularly strong as far as the meta is concerned and he isn't the weakest of picks. I'm more or less curious about what your thoughts for the future of this champion is. He's been really quiet as far as champion and gameplay changes go. Call me bias but i think the blight archer could use a little love. Is he on some distant list for a rework? (not too important, just curious.) And when the lore event for Ionea comes into action, will he have any interaction with ? I suppose these arent too important questions. Also, what do you think of the viability of ap varus? I personally see a lot of success with him in lane and beyond.
