Wukong is very strong. I honestly think he deserves a nerf.
What i have yet to learn for the longest time is his weaknesses. The only one I know of is that he has no built in sustain...

He has no built in sustain. No CC other than his ult. He can get poked out in lane since he has to melee to farm. Aaaaand the new jungle makes him really weak early on.

Um teemo and quinn are good against him in lane but who plays teemo and quinn

Strong? Yes.
Overpowered? No.
Poking Wukong out of lane is not difficult, and he's currently a bit too weak to jungle well.
