Could we get an execute item back in ARAM?

Items like were very useful for tanks who otherwise would have massive issues killing minions. Even though all Support items have been removed from ARAM- could we then get a new one that brings the execute mechanic back? Tanks are already somewhat disadvantaged in the mode- not being able to even stop the minions only makes the struggle harder.
