I'm tired of seeing Malzahar have a consistent play and win rate so here is how to win against it

Are you annoyed by the constant wave pushing of Malzahar players? Are you annoyed because there seems to be no counter play because he IS the counter? Are you annoyed of seeing Malzahar every other game in ranked because no one knows how to play against it?

You've come to the right place.

Malzahar has three skills he uses to push lane. To put it simply: The virus thing, the line skill thing, the circle aoe thing.

The thing about these skills is that the minute he uses it on the wave he has nothing to attack you with. This is your time to strike.

Example: Corki vs. Malzahar. Malzahar uses his three skills to push wave and starts arrogantly auto attacking the minions and moving upward without any fear of being punished, why? because it happens all the damn time. What you should do now is Valk and use your phos bomb, gattling gun, and throw in some auto attacks to boot. If you did this right Malz will be at 50% health or lower. This is situational because you don't want to be valking in without vision of the enemy jungler. But then again, most Malzahar's will practically be under your outer tower anyways.

Malz is 6 and comes back to lane with and a . It's game over isn't it? You didn't buy QSS because it's a huge investment that gives you no damage boosts and all you have is and some . Also is useless against Malzahar's ultimate.

Well here's the thing. I played a few Malzahar games when he was on free week a month or two ago and learned something valuable: your ult alone does little damage.

What does this mean for you laning against Malzahar? If he continues to arrogantly push the wave with his three main skills you can all in him. He ults you? Guess what he wasted his combo on the minion wave. Silly Malzahar. Now if you valk in, phos bomb, gattling, and AA what will the Malzahar do? He can 1) ult you and by doing so wasting his ult on top of doing minimal damage. 2) get his health rekt

But because he is so damn tanky with his build path you got him to 30% health or so. Congrats you now have pressure on your lane. Roam. Continue to take advantage of the arrogant Malzahar and get as your second main item.
