Singed rework?

Do you think Riot will ever get around to reworking singed?

There's two giant problems with our marathon running chemist and both arguably pose a big problem, His poor build orders and his playstyle

First most is his build order, there is nothing that works for him, try to utilize the passive? % health and the general lack of armour means you die, build tank? great now you deal basically zero damage, build AP? see "try to utilize the passive?"

The second is his playstyle, basically splitpush and more often then not, end up giving the laner/jungler many kills early game meaning that your team has to hold out till you can get to the point where you become difficult to catch and take down, being a dedicated split pusher is fine but the problem is the second one, No champions playstyle should have an emphasis on basically giving the enemy free kills until you get to a certain point That alone should be worth a rework in of itself
