So what about adding to some modes? This item is rather fun than OP and I liked it so much. I would rather see AP version of this, but never mind.

Before voting down, please hear this. Tanks are getting very very OP items and some of them got reworked in a buff way. So why we, the AP attack speed carries can't get our desired items, or at least tweaks in a buff way too?

And if you hate AP attackspeed carries because of their power in season 2, then you should think about actual hybrids, they are so poor these days.

Only way I can boost my ego with my main (which also determiend my summoner name) is to play with my low elo friends, because I can literary do nothing in actual meta on my rank.
