So, the devourer got nerfed pretty hard for ranged champions, and my question is, where is my 5 AD I got cut down some time ago? Most of ppl say "pff, only 5 AD" but if you put all damage dealt in graph it makes huge difference.
I liked that guinsoo buff, but it got reverted, maybe it wasn't buff but bug, anyway i think that 
should be more expensive and stronger a bit than now.

Now that Devourer has been nerfed 2 times about damage, why did you nerf Kayle -5AD in the first place? Please think again. A reasonable buff is: +8AD and +0.25AD/lv . How does it sound?
