[Balance idea] Kayle and devourer
So as you all noticed,

is being a thing these days, but it is not champion's fault, it is all about that item, and guess what,
is getting nerfed (5 AD less) and item still nothing. Do you understand what I mean? Champion that is not originally jungler gets nerfed also on lane due to jungle thing which is completely not right. And my idea is: What about little rework? Not a huge rework, just a little to open more builds (especially hybrid and support).
As you can see for example probuilds.net or so nearly all
picks are jungle and that's completely wrong, this champion is originally laner - doesn't really matter if top or mid or bot. Her jungle shouldn't be unplayable but it shouldn't be a broken thing, while her lane power is kinda lower. If we could use numbers for power for all champs, jungle kayle would be 10/10, top lane 6/10, mid 5/10, bot 4/10 and this is what I am thinking about. It is 10:6:5:4, why not make it for example 7:8:8:8? What do I mean with those numbers? I mean champion power per role for example ADC champs are 9/10 or 10/10 (8/10 - not often played, 7/10 still viable, 6/10 not really viable but can be handy in some situation -
for example) if played as adc.
I know
is merciless judicator in lore, but what about making her more heroic and martyric and adding more things to lore behind those behaviour (I mean her cruelty). Nvm lore is just little a detail. VFX update would be nice too. Let's go for gameplay! (italics = support only)
Passive change idea: Holy sword - 15% of AP gives bonus AD, 40% of BONUS AD gives AP -> doesn't stack with itself.
(for support only, no impact on solo laning)Living guardian angel: Every ability gets new supportive utility if support item is built -> effect is stronger if item is more upgraded. This effect is disabled if bigger amout of minions is killed in little time - minion restriction doesn't apply in these cases:
- Ally stands on spawn for longer than 20 sec
- Ally has disconnected
- Automatically after 20th minute
- Some ally is dead
Q: Same Living guardian angel effect: Allies have increased AP/AD penetration against this target for 3,5 sec. (
has no benefit from this effect)
W: AP ratio decreased to 0,3 and added 0,4 AD ratio, movement speed is still AP only. ADDED SCALING COOLDOWN Living guardian angel effect: Healing power increased by 10/20/30% if ally is targeted, based on support item upgrade.
E: This ability is in my opinion today's biggest problem, I would increase AP ratio back to 40%, while changing one thing so she wont be op due to one specific item. This skill definitely needs new vfx. And finally the most important part: Change skill type to not be proc by

Living guardian angel effect: Deals only half damage, but heals ally with lowest HP in range (true lowest, not % lowest) equal to 50/65/80% damage dealt -> applies before armor and magic resist effects
R: Ability itself still same Living guardian angel effect: Increased range
FOR PPL WHO CAN'T READ: Living guardian angel is not for solo lane thus won't make her OP, it is only for supporting.
