Assassin Khazix( not off meta, but fuck riot for killing glass cannon khazix so its gonna be on this list)

ap rengar (have to wait for stacks after ult and since he's squish when AP.. well.)

ad rek sai (now has to build full tank with only 1-2 ad items or else u get rekt)

ad gragas (used to play that one, but they removed every single ad scaling so yeah fuck ad gragas)

ap irelia (was op, got nerfed to the point of being useless, just like the old ap gragas)

AP SION (i used to like playing from times to times)

ap skarner (by nerfing ad skarner it finished off ap skarner) ad skarner (worst rework to date, if i could be at riot games with now i would flip all the tables then the cofee mugs, i liked the old skarner better)

taric taric (what the fuck riot, i understand that 110 armor at level 1 might be too much, but why nerf ALL of his damages, ALL of his scalings and just leave him like that.. i understand that full ap taric dealt alot of damage, but fuck.... now he doesnt even do 200 damage with a full combo at level 18 with a full build. Used to be my main for season 3)

Vel Koz (LOL just kidding, this has to be one of the most balanced champ in the game...first and only good job i'll give to riot in this post and probably others seeing the lee sin buffs coming out soon)

ap.. yasuo? (shouldn't be on this list, but someone answer this, why does he even have ONLY ap scaling (on his e), that just makes no sense if he's not going to be viable anyway just like ap quinn (ap scaling on q)

ap sejuani (used to main ap sejuani, until riot decided that someone who deals as much damage as someone who's not riding a boar was unacceptable and proceeded to nerf her 4 patches in a row, now she's useless as a mage)
