What? Just....how?

draven can 2 shot people if he's ahead or just plain finally reached full build. jinx can do the same thing but without having to juggle axes and from a longer range.

draven has an ult that can deal a bunch of damage if he's ahead, but you have to hit them twice which is actually pretty rare. jinx's ult does a ton of damage both flat and execute, and hers only has to hit once.

dravens ms boost i wont get into because jinx's is situational, but as for atk speed boost she can just passively get over 100% bonus atk speed just off of her q once she maxes it out. draven CAN spam his if he catches his axes, but that makes him lose a ton of mana and it's really difficult to juggle axes while fighting for very long. so while they both are pretty good in terms of atk speed boosts, but jinx is better.

draven's e and jinx's e are both slows, although dravens displaces them in exchange for dealing very little damage, while jinx's does a ton of damage and has a longer range, but has a thinner hit box and doesn't displace. honestly, I'd say they're about even since draven's gives some really nice utility.

draven can chase targets really well with his w reset. however, his axes make him almost always have to stop briefly to catch them so it's partially negated, though not a whole ton. jinx, assuming she gets a kill, has her massive ms boost. without it, she has her w for the ms slow and (though it's unlikely to be able to use it offensively often) she has her root to bar paths or to just keep em still for a while longer.

when running away, I'd say that draven is better against multiple people about half the time because his e is aoe, however she can do just as well with her own e and w, she just won't get the team slow.

Except for having not even slightly comparable skillsets yeah you're totally on point

actually, they're more comparable than you think. aa steroid, skillshot slow, global high damage ult, ms boosts. while they aren't completely similar by any means, jinx can still do almost everything draven can do better than he can while being safer all the while.

Wow an AA steroid? Who knew they put something like that on ADC's nowadays. Quick, somebody tell the balance team so we can put this on all those other ADC's who don't have one.

Jinx doesn't do what Draven does. It's entirely different. Comparing things like a slow and a global ult is such a ridiculous comparison. I think Ashe, Karthus, Gangplank would like to have a word with you. This whole idea is just silly.

"So i just realized that jinx can do everything draven can do...but better" come back when Jinx gets a displacement and an AA that deals 85% bonus damage and you might have half a point.

first off, I didn't say she was op because she has a aa steroid. I just said hers is better than draven's. second, she does a whole lot of the same stuff draven does. in fact, the only 2 things draven can do that she cant are displace enemies and activate her ms boost on command. and regardless, my point wasn't so much to say that she's over powered as it was to say that draven needs some help. as for their damage boosts, draven's is better in terms of damage, but it makes him ridiculously vulnerable while being really hard to juggle. I say hers is better because she can do it from a longer range, it does splash damage, and she doesn't have to worry about catching her aa's. sure it does much less bonus damage, but over all you're usually going to get more damage off than draven. honestly, all I'm asking for is that draven's axes be easier to juggle.

Draven is so bad.

Draven has harder snowball potential; his passive grants him additional gold on kills so if he gets a few early kills he'll get his items significantly earlier and he'll get ahead.

He also has more burst damage; Draven has to be able to catch his axes to sustain his damage, which makes him less likely to sustain it over the course of a fight - almost any CC or just zoning him out will hurt his DPS hard. But that up front burst is insane; at max rank, he gets 85% additional AD damage per axe, where Jinx's rockets only grant her 10% extra. Hers does splash, so she has potential for higher AoE damage, and once she ramps up her Pow Pow boost she gets a huge AS steroid but it takes a few hits to do that. Draven, if he's been juggling and building up his double axes, can immediately hit you twice and deal 370% AD in two hits, without crits.

Yes they both have similar tools; steroid, escape, global ult. But that doesn't mean they're the same.
