Suggestion for removal of 2 summoner spells and introduction of a new one.

Step 1: Delete Barrier and Cleanse Step 2: Make a new spell combining the effects of Barrier and Cleanse Step 3: Profit

Honestly though, Barrier and Cleanse are basically never used. I would definitely think about using them if they were combined.

Fortify doesn't exist anymore.

Whoa slow down, no one's level 31 yet to get that Fortify spell. We get to combine summoners at 35. So it's OK.
