If we can't get a pure solo ranked mode, can we get a pure solo option for normals?

I enjoy the game most when it feels like the playing field is even, and I really liked the idea floating around of a pure solo queue where no one side had a communication or coordination advantage over the other. It... didn't happen of course. I was thinking though, that it might make for a fun game mode. I'd have preferred pure solo ranked, but what can you do?

Is this a thing anyone else finds interesting? I know that I get super freakin' tilted when I lose a lane or a game to a less skilled opponent just because he had a friend in his corner and I was alone with uncoordinated teammates. As someone who almost always plays alone, I'd really like the idea of a mode where everyone is suffering with the same coordination issues as I have to every game. It feels more fair to me. What do you all think?
