Is Ziggs now a 'balanced' champion? Because he's AWOL just like the other ones.

By other ones, I mean ones that the community generally accepts as "balanced", like etc etc actually some of the community might diagree but im here not for them. I see these 5 maybe once every 6-7 normals games, and once every 14-15 ranked games with the exception of bard.

ziggs IMO slowly fell into the abyss around the cinderhulk meta and now that we are in a meta that doesn't see his return, the juggernaut meta actually is pretty anti-ziggs and tbh it's kinda anti-everyone except for juggernauts but hey

where's my main man ziggs imma play him tonight in memory of himself.
