Which bug was Darius Disabled for?

The one where he (e) pulls and he cant aa and the enemy champion is rooted for 1 - 2 seconds

His E stuns the enemy for an extra second.

Dang I bought him last night and played him a bunch. I actually made a play out of his E stun because I was facing a Gragas and we were both extremely low (100-150 hp) and we were in 2 different bushes in a face off both towards each other's towers so I pull the Gragas blindly out of half the bush to end up grabbing him and the extra second actually allowed me to Q without him being able to react.

he was seeing play, that was a bug

How long till the fix him? I just bought him and the Dunkmaster Darius skin, and I only got to play 2 games. Hopefully he's re-enabled soon.
