Can we have an ingame voice chat?

Hi, I know there's like discord and stuff but a lot of people dont know how to use discord, it rarely works. I was wondering if we could have an in-game voice chat, similar to the one in overwatch. I feel like this would improve team coordination and decrease toxicity
