Riot please do something better with the Surrender Vote window

You decided on your own that we shouldn't be allowed to move it off screen anymore, but we do it for a reason; it's distracting. If you don't want us moving it off out of our vision then make it minimalistic so it isn't in the way of actual gameplay or otherwise FLASHING and distracting from what's going on in-game.

Also you broke it in your attempts to force it in our vision; when the count is getting low and it starts flashing, the Yes/No button outlines still flash even if you voted.
