Taliyah is in a gutted state to be able to lane and was forced into the jungle role.

I believe that. She has bonus movement speed all through the jungle because of the walls it's ridiculous.

Poor Taliyah...

That feel when you're a chick who loves deserts and rocks but have been bullied into living in a rainforest. [sg-janna]

A little bit overtuned but fine.

That basically, she can't be played midlane because of the removal of the AoE of her Q, destroying her waveclear. On the other hand, her Q damage doesn't decrease against monsters (means you will deal the same amount of damage on every single hit by Q, not sure if it's clear), means she has a really strong jungle clear. Also, once she's on her "ground", Q only costs 1 mana, means she can easily keep her mana (not to mention how broken the new AP item this, mana-regen wise).

On the other hand, AD champions still have strong wave clear, when wave-clearing is supposed to be mages job.

As Warwick it's painful to contest Taliyah so to have a bit more of a chance, I grabbed Ekko jungle and I was able to deal with her a bit better than I know I would have on Warwick. He's my favorite jungler and what not but I know unless bloodlust is procked he's not going to be dodging her q's effectively as someone like Ekko. I had fun playing against her as Ekko jungle. I just want to know why Riot isn't fixing her laning phase. Instead they're adding to a clown fiesta of already busted champions and basically shrugging their shoulders with this instead of sitting down around a table and saying, "hey look maybe we should fix her up so she can be viable back in the mid lane." It seems like Riot today just wants to break one champion after the other in order to make that champion up to par with the next busted champ. I took a break from this game, I come back, and not even a week into it, something weird and off meta Night Blue 3 theme'd becomes popular. This type of thing is reminding me of when they broke Morgana and she went jungling till they hot fixed her.

Well they recently, out of the blue, buffed AP Shyvana because they wanted to allow players to play her AP, additionnally to AD.

BUT the reason they reworked Shaco 's E into physical damage was that "a champion shouldn't be able to build either AD or AP" (and god forgives me, I did love AP Shaco )

Then Evelynn got the same treatment (I used to play her hybrid, item 3100 item 3146 item 3147 item 1402 item 3142 ), and they reworked her into an exclusive AP champion.

And then Kaisa got released, and everything went on fire and I had to hide under a table to cry

So yeah, my point is : Riot isn't following its own balance policy, and this is the reason everything keeps breaking over and over

"They shouldn't be able to build ap or ad" but they also say: "Hey, we really want you guys to develop your own original playstyle, and feel comfortable playing with whatevr builds or whatever roles you want to play in- BUT, we're also going to limit what you build on who, and who goes where." Can I also just put out that I miss the old rune system? I LOVED being able to build attack speed on a champion with some health runes, and ap. I LOVED the old rune system, it was complicated to bronze players but you could physically see who was bronze back then. Who didn't know what to put in their runes made us laugh or just choose some crazy new builds. They've stolen identity from us. I loved old eve, you won't catch me anywhere near new eve. How the hell do you even build Kai'sa? if they don't want hybrids why did they do what they did with Kai'sa?

For season 9 I hope they bring back the new rune system, because League is hurting right now, and I don't think they see the damage they're doing. The damage they're doing to their own players.
