It's nice to see such a balanced champion that can stun multiple players at once, slow them otherwise, and then as they're running away, throw a giant Zhonya's at them to catch up to them. I also love how balanced it is that Bard can Zhonya turrets, so that over-aggressive champs can turret dive even more, with zero repercussions.
All things considered: Stun, stun, stun, stun, stun, stun, stun, AoE Zhonya's.
Seems balanced.

I also love how balanced it is that Galio can heal off turrets and grant massive armor, so that over-aggressive champs can turret dive even more, with zero repercussions.
All things considered: Slow, slow, slow, slow, slow, slow, heal, AoE taunt.

Have you ever had a bad Bard on your team. It's practically 4v6.
he does literally no damage and isn't tanky.
His Q is a slow skill-shot and his ult can be dodged/flashed. So pls no stakerino ur tear
He's been out for one day, let the dust settle a bit before making judgements.
He has virtually zero damage, and no waveclear/reliable AOE damage. Of course he's going to have extremely high utility.
Is this someone complaining that Bard is op? What the hell? Everytime I want to play bard as SUPPORT my team dodges the queue. I can't wait until we get the mastery Icons, then everyone will see....
...and then he ults badly and screws his entire team over... and then he gets chased, panics and makes a portal, only for the entire enemy team to pour in and gap close his team.
If you're losing lane to Bard, explain yourself. He does literally no damage... his stuns are short. So many supports just poop on him.
I can see his potential utility being a problem late game... like being able to ult your turret to dive you, or ult your jungler at baron/dragon to get the steal, etc... but a lot of it is situational and he only has one ult.
There. Now he can't stun you nearly as easily. Just take Thresh/Braum/Leona to lane and you're fine.
