You got to be kidding me. He has a permanent 30% ms during trades, and the uptime on his shield is retarded high for how low his cd is. He could 1v2 a fed ADC and a Janna support with how much his utility his Q gives him. I'm surprised why he isn't picked as much considering all he needs to do to win lane is Q Q Q Q Q Q Q Q.
