So how shoud we fix him? Well it's quite simple: 1.remove the regen enerhy on his passive 2.double the energy cost of w and e 3.cut down by half the movement speed he gets with his e 4.Reduce by 30% the dmg on his q 5.Make the stun on his passive only a sec long.
