Can we nerf on-hit Neeko ASAP?

While I'm almost always a fan of build variety, playing against something as oppressive as PTA on-hit Neeko in top lane when other ranged top laners like Kennen, Jayce, Gnar and Teemo are already frustrating enough sucks like hell. The champ has virtually as much early-game poke as Grasp Teemo, gets huge damage from W max and the move speed to kite from the passive and active off her W alone, and naturally scales up late game. Her W and E give her decent anti-gank potential and with the 9.5 Neeko buffs I honestly feel like permabanning this champ because I don't want to play against something so stupidly annoying as a melee top laner. Also, 1.8 s level 1 root if it passes through a single minion.

PLEASE RITO I'LL SELL MY SOUL TO SEE THIS CHAMP NERFED.

But in ARAM you dont meet so much on-hit Neeko ´s or ? ^^

But okey, it sucks for you, but why nerf ? You say you a fan of build variety so dont cry for nerf this or this!

I played against her on botlane , just pick something that has a lot of poke/long range and gg. She does not need nerfs , it's a fun build that still has counterplay.
