Nerf Barrier/shields on ARAM.

I'm so sick of shield spam on ARAM with so many ARAM accounts being full of shield champs like Lux, Orianna, Janna, Lulu, Morgana (even Kai'sa), etc, when shields are already hard enough to break through and not enough shield-breaking champs exist. Also, people spamming Barrier on a reduced cooldown in combination with shield champs being so common makes this ARAM meta really unenjoyable and frustrating, and both Barrier and shielding should be nerfed similar to how healing is nerfed. I often see players stack Seraph's Embrace, Barrier and shielding abilities just to shield themselves for 2000 health every minute or two, and half a health bar every time someone would otherwise take damage. Since we don't get champion bans because ARAM accounts don't want their dedicated small pool of champions to get targeted, we should at least get Barrier/shield nerfs to counteract the disproportionate number of shield champs that dominate the 70-80% of games that they pop up in (when shield champions like Lux, Ori, Janna, Lulu and Morg are so inherently strong on ARAM anyways shields definitely deserve a nerf).

P.S. LeBlanc's 12% damage buff needs to be pulled back since she got reverted, old/current LeBlanc has always been a reasonably strong pick on ARAM and her old compensation buffs should be reduced/removed. Kassadin and Kai'sa should also get their buffs reduced as well, they're too damn flexible/strong on ARAM. Viktor buffs also make him really obnoxious to play against on ARAM so could probably warrant a small nerf, especially with his shield.
