Cho'gath's Q animation appears twice

For some reason, there's a visual bug where the spikes on Cho'gath's Q show up twice (second spike animation happens around half a second after the first animation ends), for a visual bug it could be pretty problematic. Played a few games of Cho'gath earlier and nothing seems to trigger it, just happened every time I casted my Q.
