I think that multiple person parties who falsely report cause their buddy is mad should b perma ban.

The proof is in the chat logs. I just had a person who was in a quadra que (Kalista ADC) get mad about 12 minutes in because I took my own blue buff. He didn't ask for it, just came over and starts attacking then when I smite it he says I'M DONE GG VI IS AN ASS. His buddies talk him into not ragequitting but instead he spends the entire rest of the game farming top while leaving us to fight. I call out in team-chat and say report him (not knowing quadra que) and then because they are his buddy-- they report me. I am so sick of getting in these large group ques and them acting like a bunch of 5 year olds trying to one-up their buddies. They should be perma-banned and this should be taken very seriously when they try to abuse tribunal by being in a group.

I don't think they currently perma-ban for false reports, but it is a punishable offense.

Perma bans can and do happen for toxic players that falsely report a lot but it's rare and they usually get caught long before that. It also doesn't matter if they all reported you since 1 report per game is the same as 9 reports per game, it still only counts as 1. Also Riot is doing all the checking on reports so when Riot sees the reports they'll see him being toxic and if he's done it in other games as well punish him. You an safely ignore false reports since they get filtered out by Riots system and Tribunal when it was up.

No.

Punishments are automated.

No, only some are automated, all 2 week and perma bans are manually reviewed. The minor chat restrictions and minor temp bans are automated with manual review during audits or during support ticket review. You can go read the red posts on it.
