Should Kindred be a Late-Game hyper-carry?

I'm not going to lie, I love Kindred. Not only are they one of the most balanced releases since Vel'Koz, they feel great to play, sound great and look great. There is however one thing that sort of bothers me. The way that Kindred scales throughout the game isn't what you would expect it to be.

With the Stacking mechanic and the emphasis on Hunts you would think that Kindred would become progressively stronger as the game goes on until they develop into an unstoppable force in the late-game. This just isn't the case however. In reality Kindred's high point is the early game. By the time mid game hits, they fall off due to low scaling and only recover in the extreme late due to the stacks keeping them afloat. Other stacking champions such as Veigar and Nasus are tuned in a way that they DO progressively get stronger, shouldn't Kindred be the same? Lore-wise don't they grow in power after each Hunt? I like to think that if you properly Hunt and end up accumulating 10+ stacks your thought should be "I'm extremely strong" and not "I've kept up with other ADCs".

How can this be fixed? Move around some of their numbers. Up the scalings while pushing down some of the bases. Maybe even increase how much Wolf scales off of the #of Stacks and Lamb's attack speed.

What do you guys think?

The only time Kindred is strong early is when she gets snowballed early and gets several marks within a short time early. They are a late game carry, when you get more and more stacks that you can just shred through everyone

They do decently in the late game but no where near Vayne or Jinx. Which I think they should be given their theme and how much effort you need to put in to complete hunts.

Far from a balanced release...

Simply overshadowed.

She's definitely intended to be a late game hyper carry from the jungle. She's a little too safe currently, and scales too quickly.

Also, since her damage in her kit is so insanely reliable, she should pay for that elsewhere.

Sorta like Nasus if he got +4 stacks instead of +3 on his Q, the time in which Kindred turns "on" is far too early.

More than likely she'll be toned down a bit and tweaked on her power timings, she has only been out for a short bit.

I would hope her damage is reliable. They're a 325 Base Ms, 500 range ADC with one of the lowest Base ADs in the entire game. If that's not paying for it I don't know what is.
