I am a solo player. I need advice. I'm sitting at Silver II and cannot get back to Plat.

I had Plat IV MMR last season. I lost 7 of my placement games and ended up in Silver I. I am most familiar with mid and support.

I'm not actually sure what I'm doing wrong. I'm playing the same way as I always have. I cannot get over the dynamic queue disadvantage. And apparently it's so big that I am stuck in Silver. There is nothing I can do against the 4 man bot lane ganks. As a solo player, I cannot possibly compete against people who are communicating. Two teleports starting at the exact same time is no coincidence.

So what do I do? I don't want to be forced into premades. The majority of my friends are in silver. If I manage to somehow get to high gold, then what? I am back to becoming a solo player so how do I climb then?

Play tanks and play safe.

Even if they're 4 man's they're still silver. Let them try to dive you and out play them because you're alistar or leona and they can't kill you.

I just check OP pages before the game to see who's grouped together. For example, if your enemy mid and top are a duo, odds are that mid is roaming top when MIA.

You aren't stuck in Silver as a result of DynamicQ. Four man pre-mades aren't common, regardless of if the boards make it seem otherwise. 4 man ganks bot lane aren't uncommon. They take very little coordination to set up, for either team.

As for supporting, play safer supports. Ward. Pink the lane brush closer to you, to avoid easy TP ganks.

The large majority of your games show as a support - pick up another role and play using those two. Supports are great don't get me wrong but it's a lot harder to have a lot of control over the flow of the game as the support.

Yeah I tend to end up in support the majority of the time. I'm just really stumped because I have mained support for the past 3 years and had no trouble climbing in previous years.

Suggesting me to not support is rather troublesome in my mind tho. Someone is going to have to support each game.
