New Champs should be banned in ranked for the first week...

Literally couldn't play one ranked on my main now because I either have to dodge Kai'sa on my team or because someone banned her and someone on my team instalocks Nunu ADC with Ghost+Cleanse. I don't know why there is such a great amount of idiots wanting to play her...I don't remember it ever being so bad at a new release.

No you can not play her after whole 3 days, no you do not know the best items on her after 3 days and I will not leave a Champion open for my team, that has a sub 43% winrate after 3 days. Even if that means I get to play one damn game a day.

What if they're been playing her for the two weeks on the PBE or is that not as good of a narrative?

I rather it be based off games played. If a person have fifteen normal blind or draft they should be allowed to first week Kai'sa in ranked. That said, no one should be allowed to first time champ in ranked
