She was never 'hard', if you wanna see a hard champion, try Ryze. Vayne has stealth and a constant repositioning ability. In certain comps maybe she's hard when there's a lot of hard to avoid cc, but in comps with a bunch of divers she's easier than Jinx.

Everyone always starts crying like babies whenever vayne is strong, then flaming ppl who play her when she's weak. blame riot for taking away adcs defense and throwing a bunch of free damage bot lane with these dumb runes.
She's still hard. Don't understand why you would say she's easy now. She might've been harder before, but she still takes some level of skill to play whether you want to admit it or not.
Adc players will still say their right click heroes are the hardest champs in the game. Meanwhile mid has cassio and ryze.
ironically, probably the most forgiving adc right now. she just outscales most adcs way to quick no matter how hard she fucks up early on in the game.
another difference between vayne/twitch and other adcs is that a normal adc that gets shut-downed early on and isn´t playing well will probably be fairly useless to the point where you barely notice his presence, but you will always have to focus a vayne/twitch first no matter how their scores are and how they are playing, because of the way they scale and how easy it is to apply their dmg.
