Buff Varus E please

So this is something that has been bothering me ever since they made the changes to Katarina and Kled. That their abilities that apply grievous wounds reduce healing by 60% instead of the normal 40%. Now while grievous wounds as a stat itself should be buff up to about there that's another discussion for another day. My question for today is why was Varus's E not given the same treatment? like did riot forget that his E applies grievous wounds as well. I know i do sometimes cus the normal 40% reduction isnt noticeable about 90% of the time. So riot the next time you think about buffing Varus just do this first for one patch and see how it goes. If he still needs something else then do whatever you had planned. Just please for the love of god buff his healing reduction to match kled's and katarina's.
