Hi, I have a small idea to buff supports / sightstone

Sightstone now grants a 30% damage boost against the scuttle crab, and the shrine lasts an extra 10 seconds.

I know it's supposed to be a jungle monster, but this way supports can make decisions to potentially steal it for vision. (You know, the thing supports are supposed to be on top of)

Also gives more junglers incentive to buy it, outside of those who use it for mobility like Lee.
