Riot Could we maybe shift out a little bit of CDR from mage items to put more AP or Mana in them?this way mages will have more power but a slightly bigger downtime to their abilities.Also while we are at it could we make more Tank Support Items that could give some CDR without having to dip into the squishy enchanter support items?
